Jared and his sisters went to visit Senator Kirk to discuss the continued concerns of diabetes. They thanked him for his support following requests at Jared's March visit to the Senator in Washington DC. The Senator is quite an ally for diabetes awareness! Our current mission is for mandatory testing in all doctors offices of a urine dip or finger stick so that no child should lose their life from this disease! We have lost too many ( this week alone) that could have been prevented by a simple stick of the finger or urine test! Know the signs!!
